Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using nexvolt.io (the "Site") operated by NexVolt ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its connected systems.
2. Solar Calculator — Estimates Only

The solar savings calculator on nexvolt.io provides estimates only. All calculations — including projected energy generation, financial savings, payback periods, CO₂ reductions, and system sizing — are based on generalised assumptions including TNB Tariff D rates, Malaysian solar irradiance averages, and standard system performance factors.
These estimates are not a substitute for a professional solar assessment, engineering report, or financial advice. Actual results will vary depending on your specific roof orientation, shading, panel brand, installation quality, electricity consumption patterns, future tariff changes, and other factors beyond our control.
NexVolt and its affiliates accept no liability for any financial decisions made based on estimates produced by this calculator. Always obtain a detailed quotation and site assessment from a registered solar installer before proceeding with any purchase.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of NexVolt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and display advertisements through Google AdSense. NexVolt has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. We do not endorse their products or services. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
5. Lead Form & Data Submission
When you submit a lead form requesting a Solarvest product offer, you are authorising NexVolt to share your provided details (name, email, WhatsApp number) with Solarvest Energy Sdn Bhd for the purpose of follow-up communication. This authorisation is captured via your explicit consent checkbox at the time of submission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexVolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or its calculator results.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed RM 100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NexVolt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
